Terms and Policies

ORDERS
You can place new or repeat orders by sending us a PO and we will reply with a payable-online digital invoice for all charges.
 
PRICING
All prices in our shop and catalog are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Trade clients will receive 30% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice.
 
TRADE CLIENTS, COLLABORATION & CUSTOM DESIGN
If you are interested in becoming a trade client, project collaboration, custom design, custom colors or limited exclusives - please email us with your contact info and we will contact you directly to discuss details. Additional pricing and minimums may be available.
 
MINIMUMS & OPENING ORDERS
A minimum of $150 is required upon opening order but there is no minimum amount for subsequent orders. A minimum of 4 pairs per chopstick design is required on both new and repeat orders.
 
PAYMENT
Payments through Square, Stripe and Paypal are accepted. Personal checks are accepted but orders will ship only when the check is received and successfully deposited. All orders must be paid in full before shipping.
 
CHANGE ORDERS
Changes or cancellations must be emailed to us within 48 hours of invoice paid.
 
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders will be processed as soon as possible and shipped through USPS Priority Mail, or UPS. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Although we tend to ship sooner, please allow roughly 3 weeks from order date for delivery. All wholesale orders will be charged for shipping and handling with local reimbursement if applicable.
We reserve the right to use our discretion as to what carrier should be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if the you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.
 
NATURE OF HANDMADE GOODS
As with any handmade item, our pieces have slight inconsistencies which add to their charm and makes every item unique. A few products are designed to have a more rustic aesthetic. 
 
DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR DEFECTS
Please inspect shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of damaged or defective goods. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 10 days after receipt. We reserve the right to deny any returns if the item does not meet up to the previously mentioned conditions. Used merchandise is not returnable or eligible for exchange.
 
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Wholesale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective or damaged merchandise as noted above.
 
CONSIGNMENT
Please email us if you interested in setting up a consignment account. Kindly include a copy of your consignment terms.
